Equipment rental refunds are given for cancellations that occur 14 days prior to the equipment reservation pick-up date.
Merchandise refunds and returns are given within 30 days of clothing/item purchase. Items must be accompanied by the receipt and original tags, and be in pristine condition.

With the exception of sharing your personal information with Authorize.net or PayPal when you place a deposit for sport equipment rentals, we do not share your personal information with third parties.
Flatiron Sports does not sell or rent any of your personal information to third parties in the normal course of doing business.
